E.ON employee, Tony Jenkin Jones, Senior Community Relations Executive at E.ON, has won Employee Volunteer of the Year 2012 at the East Midlands Business in the Community (BITC) Awards for Excellence, for his commitment in helping disadvantaged children.

E.ON employees are highly commended in West Midlands Community Team Leader of the Year award - 2012
The award recognises individual team leaders in the West Midlands who have supported inspired and led their employee volunteering teams, using skills and time to make a positive impact on the community.Last year, Naomi and Jodie showed exceptional commitment to community volunteering when they co-ordinated a three day event at Limbrick Wood School in Coventry. The challenge involved a huge team of 70 colleagues who transformed the school both indoors and out into a bright learning environment.

Gas Industry Awards - E.ON scoops major gas industry award - 2008
Industry Development Services Ltd (IDSL), part of E.ON's Energy Services business, has been named as one of the best in its field at the 2008 Gas Industry Awards. IDSL was awarded the 2008 Energy and Utility Skills Business Skills Awards for training Young Apprentices at NVQ Level 2.

IET Young Woman Engineer of the Year Awards - E.ON's engineer scoops top accolade - 2008
An electrical engineer from energy firm E.ON has scooped the top accolade at the prestigious Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Young Woman Engineer of the Year Awards. Alice Delahunty, 26, of Sneinton in Nottinghamshire, was announced as the winner, she beat hundreds of other candidates.
