MetLife named in 50 best companies by LATINA Style

MetLife has been included in the LATINA Style 50 Report by LATINA Style Magazine. The report lists the 50 best companies for Hispanic women in the United States and is a respected source of employment and career information. This is the tenth year in a row that MetLife has been named to the list.

Diversity is crucial to MetLife

The 50 best companies are selected based on their efforts to promote diversity and provide career advancement opportunities to Latinas, with special attention given to programs that recruit veterans and military personnel.

"MetLife’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is a crucial element to our business,” said Elizabeth Nieto, MetLife’s global chief diversity and inclusion officer. “That commitment is reflected in our recruiting practices and the efforts to develop a more diverse and inclusive workforce. We are honored to be recognized once again by LATINA Style.”
