Female graduates are thriving at GKN. Many career pathways are possible and the excellent range of support and development available to GKN's graduates is outstanding.

Caroline Suni is an international graduate

Caroline graduated from Penn State University and is part of GKN's International Graduate Rotational Program. Her first rotation was with GKN Aerospace in Cromwell, Connecticut where she worked as a New Product Development Engineer focusing on composite components. Working on her second rotation at GKN's corporate headquarters in Redditch in the UK, Caroline works in the HR function with a cross-functional team aiming to standardize processes across GKN Driveline. Fangming Heng enjoys GKN's opportunities

Fangming is from China and graduated from Cranfield University with a Masters degree in Aviation and Engineering. She is enjoying GKN's International Graduate Programme and joined GKN because she was impressed wit the wide range of opportunities available to graduates. Watch Hangming's insightful video to find out more.
