The Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a fast-track global program to build a pipeline of future leaders.  If you’re prepared to take on new challenges, help drive strategies in an ever-changing complex business and expand operations in emerging and developed markets alike, this is where your path begins.

Global Leadership Development Program overview

- Experience three cross-functional and regional rotational assignments in core areas of MetLife’s business (including marketing, strategy, finance, operations, sales, and product development)

- Deliver results while learning through real-world experience

- Partner with a mentor and receive coaching from senior leaders

- Participate in in-depth trainings

- Develop strong networks with senior leaders and program peers

- Become part of the next generation of general managers at MetLife

Upon completion of the Global Leadership Development program, successful candidates will be prepared for P&L responsibility. You'll help drive strategies in an ever-changing business, expand Metlife's operations in emerging and growth markets, and strengthen the brand across the globe.

Who are Metlife looking for?

- Recent MBA degree from one of the top international/local business schools

- 3-5 years of relevant business experience in areas such as marketing, strategy, finance, operations, consulting and sales

- Global mobility and willingness to work in both emerging and developed markets

- Global perspective and cultural adaptability
