Role Purpose
To deliver breakthrough levels of improvement in process capability, producibility of designs, and business process improvement to reduce defects and attain world-class levels of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Set and deliver LSS targets in alignment with unit strategy and objectives
Supervise project managers, mentor them in their project work, and develop them as future leaders in the organization.
Share best practices in LSS deployment and methodology, across the ACS division.
Work with Global CI team to introduce Six Sigma methodologies through a training and deployment plan
Provide advanced Lean Six Sigma expertise and application
Regularly engage and work with business and functional leadership to translate their business goals into LSS projects and facilitate their prioritization and execution
Manage project development and selection, development of project plans, and metrics identification. Follow toll gate review processes and maintain the project database and reporting systems
Coach and mentor project leaders in operational excellence.
Demonstrate thought leadership in continuous improvement of transactional, operational, and manufacturing processes.
Be a change agent and utilize change management to drive results.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
Minimum Qualifications:

7 years minimum operations, technical or manufacturing experience
5 years minimum Six Sigma experience
Certified Master Blackbelt from accredited company or organization
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing direct reports
Demonstrated Six Sigma deployment experience within multiple business functions
Demonstrated portfolio management skills with quantifiable results
Global experience highly preferred

Desired Qualifications:

Statistical Process Control experience and qualifications
Project Management experience and certification (PMI)
Lean Certification
Value Stream mapping ability
