Our European Operations Talent Acquisition team is looking for experienced, self-motivated recruiters to join our growing team in multiple locations across the EU.

Your Role:

As our recruiter, you will provide hands-on, full cycle recruitment to your internal clients, our teams in Operations. You will partner with recruitment stakeholders, hiring managers and HR leaders to understand the existing team landscape so you can seek the right candidates for the right team at the right time. You will use business judgment to provide recruitment advice and recommendations as well as influence your client teams. You will also leverage your negotiation and relationship skills to secure talented hires. Specifically, you will:
· Review and screen all resumes and applications
· Manage phone interviews, onsite interviews, and assess candidates according to our hiring bar
· Source candidates and create robust pipelines to fill our open positions
· Meet established metrics for sourcing, offers and hires
· Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects such as events or advertising campaigns


You have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience in recruiting. Right now you might be working in a corporate or search firm, where you handle the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to recruiting. Moreover, you have experience in building effective hiring manager relationships as well as proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and candidate relationships. Moreover, you have:
· Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
· Strong knowledge of MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· Fluency in written and spoken English

As a person, you are customer-oriented and you have no problem engaging candidates at each stage of the recruiting process.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Fluency in other European language(s) is considered a plus
