Recruitment Coordinator

Our European Operations Talent Acquisition team is looking for exceptionally customer-oriented Recruitment Coordinators to deliever first-class administrative support for our recruiters across multiple locations in the EU.
Your Role:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting the recruitment team with the administration of our complete recruitment process for open roles. You are the first point of contact for all candidates and will be maintaining contact with them throughout the whole recruitment process. Specifically, you will:
· Handle candidate communication (responding to candidate questions, updating candidates on their application status, send interview invitations, reject unsuccessful candidates etc.).
· Maintain accurate data on our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and run reports on interviews, open positions etc.
· Schedule a high number of phone interviews and in-house interviews (incorporating panel members from countries worldwide) for Operations and Customer Service roles
Occasionally, you will also innovate our recruitment process by suggesting and implementing ways in which it can be improved.


You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Communication or other realted fields. You have a demonstrated strong track record of being a team player from your work experience or from your studies. You also have demonstrated strong track record of problem solving and very strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to operate well within ambiguous environments.
As a person, you are able to prioritise, multitask and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You are organized and detail-oriented with a highly customer-centric attitude. You also have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English as well as great interpersonal skills. You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and internet research)


· German or French language capabilities are highly desirable, though any other European language would be considered a plus.
· A first experience in recruitment, HR or admin in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in high-volume scheduling
· Experience of arranging international travel and events management
· Experience with in house Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
