Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon’s Operations and Customer Service organization is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. This person will provide leadership and strategy to a team of Recruiters to ensure their development and delivery.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Offer a consultative approach to hiring managers, helping address their needs. This would be done through an in-depth understanding of the business, coupled with strong recruiting acumen.
• Stakeholder Management - Internal and External Stakeholders
• Operational Excellence- drive assigned team’s recruiting metrics, efficiency, MIS, Dashboards,
• People Management- as a manager, will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters with various levels of experience
• Utilize quality improvement methods to drive operational efficiency
• Develop a long term vision for the recruiting team aligned with the global recruiting tenets
• Manage and initiate complex projects autonomously that could have significant business impact
• Responsible for complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for a wide range of positions


• Significant experience in managing recruiting teams in a matrixed, global organization
• Previous experience leading a team of in-house recruitment managers and senior recruiting professionals
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, along with good negotiation skills
• Ability to influence leaders in taking complex decisions for the organization
• Ability to partner effectively with global recruiting teams, HR business partners and other functional leaders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems


• Fluency in other European language(s) a plus
• Strong Microsoft proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
