DESCRIPTION’s seller marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of UK customers transact with hundreds of thousands of sellers, who range from individuals to large retailers. We are looking for a bright and ambitious individuals to build their careers with our UK Merchant Services team as a Senior Product Manager across multiple categories

The UK Merchant Services team works with sellers to help them grow their business on the Amazon marketplace, delivering the best possible customer experience for customers. As a Senior Product Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Defining the vision and plans for your category
· Working with Category teams to identify improvements in the Marketplace customer experience for your specific category (e.g. product range, site merchandising, delivery)
· Defining and delivering projects to improve the Marketplace customer experience
· Managing teams to deliver on tactical opportunities and strategic projects, including stakeholders in other functions and countries
· Analysing category performance, identifying improvement actions and presenting insights and recommendations at weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with Marketplace and Category leadership
· Sharing learnings from your category with other categories and international teams to deliver improvements for all Marketplace customers and sellers
· Acting as the internal ambassador for the Marketplace business across the category

This is a critical role and will involve working closely with senior leaders in our business – your manager will be the Head of Seller Management in the UK and you will work closely with the Category Leaders. In addition you will need to work closely with stakeholders from across the business, including teams from seller recruitment, account management, customer services, seller performance, and product development (in the UK and internationally).

We are looking for an individual that is excited about learning and building a career in e-commerce and is able to:

· Solve complex and ambiguous problems using structured thinking and data driven insights
· Operate in a fast paced environment, prioritizing their efforts accordingly
· Effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization
· Project manage complex, multi-faceted projects
· Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy
· Think and act strategically and tactically delivering measurable results


· Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and business challenges by analyzing and modelling data. Experience with SQL / advanced data modelling is beneficial
· Experience managing large, cross functional projects within leading organizations that delivered measurable results
· Proven ability to develop successful relationships at all levels of an organization
· High level of academic achievement at degree level. MBA is beneficial but not necessary
· Experience in consulting, retail and/or a technology / eCommerce business is beneficial


· MBA preferred
· Project management or Business Analyst experience
· Online experience
