Senior Finance Analyst (UK Transportation)

Position Summary 

This position focuses on achieving excellence within UK Transportation and Supply chain planning function a multimillion dollar budget. Along with planning this position expects candidate to develop understanding of financial controllership. The role demands communication at senior level (up to Ops Director/ Ops VP level) on weekly level.
· Own tracking weekly cost and communication on EU weekly metrics.
· Quarterly and Annual planning and communication of plans.
· Communicate cross functionally upstream (Retail/FBA) and downstream (Logistics partners).
· Monthly and quarterly variance analysis and commentary.
· Ensure tracking for projects in the plan and highlight new opportunities.
· Manage and develop 1 direct report.

Educational Requirements 

· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or similar degree. 

· ACCA/CIMA Qualified or an MBA from a reputed institute.
· Required Experience: - Experience preferably within financial planning function managing multi million dollar budget.
· Strong excel is a must. MySQL, Oracle SQL is preferred.

· Financial planning and modelling experience.
· Transportation/Logistics experience.
