Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer based at our Chessington office, you will play a part within the team in developing simulation for the customer's requirements. This role offers the opportunity to develop your software career within a progressive and expanding business.

Key responsibilities
Developing software components for commercial or military products, working with our own products and developing large software packages for driver training
Collaborating as part of a team to install software on-site and test and deliver exciting visual simulators
Applying your technical expertise and project knowledge to identify and act on opportunities to drive cost efficiencies through the application of products
Providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure we achieve the best possible solution whilst fostering an open and encouraging team environment.

Skills, qualifications and experience
Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science/Maths or Physics with a significant software bias or equivalent
Established skills in object-oriented design and programming in C/C++
Genuine and demonstrable creativity tempered by strong organisational skills and well-rounded communication and relationship building abilities
Experience in developing complex multi-threaded/multi-core solutions under Windows
