About the Business Line Water
We create comprehensive delivery solutions for water, wastewater and wet weather systems, desalination, water resources, water reuse, tunneling, and community infrastructure through traditional and alternative delivery services such as program management and design-build.

Job Summary
AECOM is currently seeking a Wastewater Project Manager to help manage a large wastewater treatment project based out of the Dublin, Ireland office.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

•Support the Senior Project Manager on the project through delivery of design requirements within quality, time and cost constraints,
•Effectively maintain and develop healthy client relationship throughout the project execution and project close-out,
•Support a team environment that supports AECOM’s Client focus, where employees meet the expectations, requirements, and agreements of our Clients,
•Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues,
•Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, and compliance requirements
•Help define project staffing and resource requirements in consultation with Department Managers
•Deliver planning and scheduling of project deliverables and the development of resource loaded schedules for design and contract administration services
•Help ensure AECOM achieve the project quality requirements. Ensure compliance with AECOM’s and the Client’s quality policies and procedures
•Ensure strict compliance with the Client’s and AECOM’s safety policies and procedures
•Use a full range of available communication mediums to engage and solicit inputs from key stakeholders on each project
•Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Minimum Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Civil, Process Mechanical, Chemical and/or Civil Engineering
•Chartered Engineer with a recognised professional body.
•10+ years of Project Management and Design / Construction experience
•Commissioning and Plant Operations experience would be considered an asset
•Proven experience in project management and the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants and / or major trunk sewers
•Proficient in common desktop packages, i.e. Word, Excel, MS Project
•Motivated, team player, independent, organized
•Excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
•Demonstrated experience in development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), scheduling and schedule analysis, cost estimating and cost control, budget development, reporting and record/document control
•Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
•Strong business acumen
