Partner Marketing Manager - Training - Amazon Web Services

Training and Certification is seeking a talented and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to help drive awareness and adoption of training and certification in EMEA through Training Partners. In this role, you will develop and help deliver partner marketing programs that enable Training Partners to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers, and deliver growth in revenue from AWS training services. You will develop a deep understanding of the EMEA training business and training partner ecosystem, and contribute to define marketing plans with Training Partners to support growth objectives. You will work closely with top Training Partners to develop and execute joint-marketing plans. You will act as the primary marketing contact for EMEA Training Partners to build and execute joint marketing plans and programs. You will also act as a global lead on the Training and Certification Marketing team to help develop and deliver scalable marketing programs and best practices for Training Partners globally. The ideal candidate has track record of success in partner marketing strategy, campaign management, lead generation, and events. The right candidate is extremely data-driven and comfortable with planning and executing on various stages of marketing programs; demonstrated experience working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment with a strong desire to roll up your sleeves; and proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders.

- Help develop a deep understanding of EMEA’s training business and act as primarily marketing contact for Training Partners, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions
- Own a core set of EMEA-wide “through partner” marketing programs, support building the program strategy and resources to scale across the region
- Work directly with key partners in region to support build joint-marketing plans to help acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and support growth in revenue from Training services.
- Assist campaign project plans, including goals, messaging, call to action, and distribution channels
- Help forecast, track, and report marketing program and campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders. Plus, continually monitor, analyze and tune marketing activities to maximize conversion
- Use data and testing to optimize and improve content and targeting for training and certification campaigns
- Support and share training partner marketing initiatives globally, including scaling campaigns and being an expert resource on process, guidelines and options for partners.
- Constantly seek to improve upon communications to partners so that partners are aware of the full scope of marketing resources and support that AWS has to offer.
- Help driving interlock and alignment with global Training and Certification Marketing and regional Field Marketing teams to ensure that Training Partner marketing programs amplify AWS marketing priorities

- Extensive experience in marketing and/or digital/high-technology companies/products to and with the partner ecosystem
- Proven track record creating compelling positioning and marketing content with a strong digital marketing focus based on deep understanding of the technology market requirements
- Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion
- Proven experience working with industry tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and online analytics packages · The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization and gain support for initiatives
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Superior written and verbal communication skills

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study · Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment; IT/technology marketing experience preferred
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
- Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
