Project Support
Purpose: (brief statement of why the role exists, what it is expected to achieve for the business)

To manage, coordinate, participate in and report on, the provision of analysis, planning, development and implementation of projects that support ESOD and bank-wide strategy. The position holder is responsible for coordinating the execution of project activities to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities: (5 to 6 key outputs for which job holder accountable)
Manage the day to day operational and tactical aspects of allocated projects
Minimise the exposure and risk on allocated projects
Manage scope and mitigate risk on allocated projects

Knowledge & Skills: (knowledge & skills relevant for the specific job e.g. project finance, risk analysis, project management, Excel spreadsheets etc, could be knowledge of specific process or system - specify whether essential or desirable)

· Ability to rapidly understand requirements of assigned work (essential)
· Effective communication skills, written and oral, for relaying requirements to others and reporting to management (essential)
