Sales Manager Scandinavia

Role Purpose
As sales manager you will have full accountability for sales budget execution and stretch target. Through a result-driven and responsible leadership you will develop the sales force both on individual and team level. You will drive the sales process from start to finish to secure that sales department reaches and exceed set targets. Large focus will be on your entrepreneurial spirit.

You will have attactive products of highest quality and a solid company with strong organisation in your back that puts customer needs, innovation, quality and team spirit highest on the agenda.

As sales manager you need to be able to shift between helicopter and detail view and to negotiate, motivate and build long term relationship with customers and also be direct responsible for a couple of strategic accounts.

We believe that you are good in motivating and leading sales people to challenge them to grow and exceed expected result. You have experience from establish and develop long term relationship and a leadership values linked to coaching instead of forcing.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and exceed sales budget
Develop sales team to be proactive and increase pipeline opportunities
Introduce technical sales engineers
Execute service sales strategy
Develop sales plans including customers & product plans
Qualifications / Experience / Skills
We are looking for someone with university degree from engineering or business school and have minimum 5 years’ experience from successful sales in B2B-sales. Experience from service sales is a plus.

We value documented and proven experience from building sales organisation success and in close relationship with other departments build a stabile platform for growth. Knowledge in sales & order planning is important, when we strive for 100 % customer satisfaction. You can speak and write fluently in English and Scandinavian languages and to use CRM and MS office program. Knowledge in SAP is a plus.
