Image Specialist

Role Purpose:
The Image Specialist is responsible for creating the graphics and images to support key music, theatre and touring show events and campaigns, and acts as a point of contact for all digital content queries within the relevant category. The Image Specialist ensures all graphics are created within strict SLAs and creates imagery using any provided assets that work with our style guide and image dimensions, at the same time adhering to the Amazon Tickets Brand Book, Brand Guidelines laid out by promoters and partners as well as copyright laws pertaining to images.

Role Responsibilities:
· Utilize and synthesise assets provided by promoters to create poster artwork for the promotions as well as sourcing additional images through press galleries
· Design and create banners, slideshow graphics and sparkles for both Amazon Tickets and Amazon.co.uk
· Create online placements across a multitude of cross-merchandising platforms and the wider Amazon Group
· Create all visual content for Amazon Tickets email sends
· Implementing product team changes by creating new types of content and assist UX in any creations
· Perform bulk creation tasks
· Work closely with the wider creative and marketing teams to achieve content goals
· Source compelling imagery for use in all on-site campaigns and work with our creative agencies to feedback and enhance existing content
· Conduct editorial sweeps of Amazon Tickets ensuring consistently high imagery and conduct competitor analyses to ensure Amazon Tickets digital content completes with and surpasses other ticketing agents
· Constantly update and improve upon the Amazon Tickets Brand Guidelines, acting as Brand Ambassador for each category and staying up to date with Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk style guides and UX guidelines
· Assisting with presentations for the sales and marketing teams
Role Requirements:
· Visual aesthetic skills and the ability to craft new design concepts
· Relentlessly high quality standards and extreme attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to manipulate, enhance and improve digital content strategy
· Ability to juggle many projects and consistently deliver results within stringent time frames despite competing priorities and distractions
· A proven eye for creating beautiful, effective imagery
· Ability to consistently adhere to and uphold brand and quality standards
· Be able to maintain a consistent style throughout hundreds of photos
· Experience with image databases/content management systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
· Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop and the full Adobe Creative Suite
· Knowledge of copyright laws pertaining to images
· Excellent knowledge of standard advertising practices pertaining to imagery

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Portfolio of stunning imagery and creative content
· Experience working in the Ticketing industry or similar
