Senior Business Leader, Regional Product & Operations Lead, Loyalty Solutions Europe

Overview

•Mastercard Loyalty Solutions is focused on enabling Mastercard to win against the competition by delivering compelling, differentiated value propositions that drive cardholders to engage with, use and have preference for their MasterCard over other card(s) in their wallet (be that physical or virtual).
•Loyalty Solutions does this by identifying, developing and managing a range of products and technology solutions – covering Benefits, Services & Insurance; Emergency Services and Rewards & Offers.
The purpose of this role is to :

1.Lead the Loyalty Solutions Product & Operations team in Europe, including the following teams;
a.Product management & development including Pricing and Go To Market plans
b.Product implementation readiness including technical & vendor integration
c.Implementations & Operations teams (including external and internal partners)

2.Provide end to end product management and services delivery for Europe

3.Influence and execute Europe Loyalty Solutions strategy including Powering the Core and Driving Services Revenue


•Have you got a track record of effective, commercial product management and delivery across multiple, diverse markets?
•Have you demonstrated the ability to create and deliver differentiated value propositions in the cards or loyalty space?
•Do you have experience leading a diverse team?
•Do you excel in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders?


Loyalty Solutions : Products & Operations, Regional Lead

•Lead Products & Operations managers for Loyalty Solutions in Europe
•Provide strategic though leadership around loyalty, payments and creating differentiated value propositions
•Co-ordinate and lead MasterCard ‘Product Management Excellence’ framework for all Loyalty Solutions products in Rewards, Offers, Benefits, Insurance and Service Delivery streams
•Manage Implementation readiness and execution for all Loyalty Solutions products & platforms
•Work with Global colleagues and Divisional Leads to execute Loyalty Solutions strategy
•Support Transformation plan in Implementations & Operations group
•Own European pricing and product P&L


All About You
•Strong people leadership, experience in leading diverse teams
•Prior experience in product management, marketing, consumer loyalty preferred
•Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.
•Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in delivering commercial performance
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills
•B2B International experience in design & selling white-label loyalty constructs to financial services and merchant organizations
•Good fit to dynamic teams, comfortable with fast and fluid environments
•Team player with an impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
•The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while being flexible and able to handle rapidly-changing scenarios; someone who sees ‘ambiguity’ as an opportunity rather than a hurdle.
