Cp&a Executive Off trade and Agency Brand Manager

We have the exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Team!

The main purpose of this role is to bring to life all programs related to OFF trade Channel predominant brand activations. Constant seeking of improvement through constant pre and post evaluation of activities tracking (ROI). You will be responsible for the Brand Management and you will be a key decision maker for the contribution budget spend on the 2 brands (Unicum, Lancers).

The Role:
Operate with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles
Understand customer needs and differences and adapt the customer proposition accordingly.
Execute brand priorities by store type/classification
·Collaborate with Channel Managers and customers to ensure concept applicability in each final outlet
·Deliver quality/persuasion programs for store owners and staff
·Deliver PoS material and concepts for cost-efficient store promotions
Follow up implementation details and competition through trade visit
Supports the defining and putting in place of the relevant Sales Drivers to leverage specific category platforms.
Orchestrate numerous complex projects to deliver on time every time: manages all aspects of programme activation with rigorous attention to detail
Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted/course-corrected as required
Understand the external environment, customer operations & specific categories.
Your time will be split between:- 60% trade marketing activator for modern trade , full portfolio core brands; - 40% brand management of Unicum and Lancers in all channels.

Core responsibilities:

Brand Management, Budget Management, consumer and customer marketing experienced.
Relation skills
Project management knowledge –knows how to get the best from agencies and multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple deliverables on tight timelines
University or master degree
Fluent in English and Italian
