Product Manager - Product Owner

Overview

•The MasterCard Payment Gateway Services product management team is responsible for defining the strategy for, and executing the delivery of, market-leading payment gateway products serving acquirers and merchants on a global basis.
•Do you enjoy developing and launching new features to meet customer needs?
•Are you comfortable with both commercial and technical subjects, and able to connect commercial needs to technology requirements?
•Have you launched payments products that solve the needs of merchants?


Role

•Represent business and customer needs as the product owner interfacing with development teams operating in an agile development fashion.
•Collaborate with product and sales support colleagues around the world to ensure that you understand the market and customer drivers behind feature developments.
•Ensure features are developed and deployed in a way that ensures that we are launching world-class products.


All About You

•Solid experience with software-as-a-service products, product analysis, and product strategy.
•Experience working with an Agile methodology.
•Experience with payments technology services, especially gateway services, ecommerce, or payments software development.
•Adept with technology so as to be able to communicate and work with software developers on a daily basis.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Ability to establish and build relationships across the organization, including with Sales, Commercial Product Management, Development, Operations, and Support.
•Driven to learn and operate as a team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed
