Job Summary AECOM are currently seeking a System Chief Integration Specialist to be based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and planning of works and activities related to the development and administration of the rail department''s System Integration and Compliance efforts, including but not limited to the development, management, implementation and maintenance of the required systems, processes and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Direct responsibility for leading delivery of the ELV systems.
Coordination of SCADA/BMS and Systems integration
During the tender process, assist the Construction Manager to prepare tender evaluation criteria, tender documents and notice to tenders.
Participate in the tender evaluation process and assembly of contract documents in conjunction with the contract administrator.
Set, manage and control delivery of all contract package objectives - including scope, quality, budgets, schedules, stakeholder interfaces, communication/reporting, environmental compliance and H&S.
Establish and maintain effective communication with the contractor and internal support function managers (technical, commercial, procurement, communications, HR, etc).
Participate in the management of external interfaces with key stakeholders including the client, the Design and Environmental Consultants, future port operators, major suppliers, contractors, Qatar government agencies, etc.
Build team competence by conducting regular review sessions, identifying training needs and providing day to day guidance. Build bridges within the AECOM family.

Minimum Requirements 10 to 15 years practical experience in Systems Integration / Assurance in large scale infrastructure projects in either public or private sectors. Experience on major Metro programs in the Middle East or Asia would be advantageous.

Application of Theory to Practice – Ability to understand engineering technical submissions and ability to turn engineering theories to practical solutions. Ability to review work for technical accuracy and adequacy.
Time Management – Ability to deploy available resources, tools and time management methodologies that increase efficiency and productivity to fulfill objectives.

Preferred Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Preferably, Registered Professional Engineer.
