The Amazon Video Living Room team is looking for a technical program manager focused on managing software development products. This position is instrumental in driving improvements with internal & external partners. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing the strategic direction of key initiatives, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity. You will be responsible for conducting and responding to product development goals, coordinating the scoping & planning of software development and driving the releases to production. A successful candidate will have an established background in software development, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, high creativity, great analytical reasoning skills, and, of course, a passion for TV and film.


· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
· Previous project & program management experience
· Highly technical - hands-on software engineering experience is a must.
· Extensive project leadership experience.
· Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.
· Experience in planning and delivery of enterprise-level software development programs.
· Experience managing agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban
· Experience with service-oriented architectures and web services.


· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
· Detailed technical knowledge in IP-based engineering & systems
