Business Development Manager

· Contribute to end to end Biz Dev growth strategy for the UK Device business, effectively prioritizing multiple opportunities and making sound priority judgments in the face of overwhelming choice – taking note of the resource implications of all such decisions and showing a clear path to delivering outstanding new business growth.
· Clearly demonstrating the P&L benefits of developing each opportunity, executing at scale and with deep understanding of the business models and success criteria for the Device business.
· Owning short and long term sales forecasts and constantly exceeding expectations.
· Cultivating brand new relationships within new channels, and turning raw concepts into compelling business plans for both parties.
· Managing those relationships ongoing beyond launch phase, and implementing periodic business reviews such that plans stay on track, or course correction is effectively managed as and when required. Effectively resolving at root cause any day to day operational and financial issues.


· Ability to operate independently both at the highest strategic level and down into the deepest detail.
· Turn blue sky thinking into big tangible plans, and then deliver those plans with the buy-in of global leaders.
· Completely comfortable operating autonomously, without clear direction, and delivering against ambiguous, fluid goals.
· Focusing on the right priorities with sound rationale for so doing.
· History of effectively managing external customers and successfully working with internal teams to build new capability and implement projects
· Able to influence the agenda of multiple internal teams to appropriately support the successful execution of the BizDev plans.
· Superior verbal and written communications skills.
· Analytical approach to problem solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
· Proficiency at leveraging precious resources.
· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Composed, poised and professional demeanor
· Willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
· Well-timed tenacity and conviction
· A bachelor's degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred
· Fluent English is required


· Significant relevant work experience in and around new business development, strategy, sales/account management, new product tech and ecommerce.
· A bachelor's degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred
