Launched in September 2016, Amazon Restaurants is a service that delivers food to Prime members from their favourite restaurants.

We’re now looking for a tenacious new business sales consultant to drive our sales efforts as we expand. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in new business generation and account management. They will have a terrific reputation for delivering results and insisting on the highest standards.

This opportunity offers a creative, fast paced, entrepreneurial work environment where you’ll be the center of Amazon innovation. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and developing this new business for Amazon!

Daily Responsibilities:
· Cultivate relationships with new merchants, owners and decision makers in your territory
· Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline focusing on hyper local and targeted selection for our customers for launch and post launch
· Generate new sales leads in your territory
· Analyse sales/metrics data from your territory.
· Ensure that our merchants receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
· Contribute to an exciting and evolving sales culture and influence product improvements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven sales experience
· Proven track record of target achievement in a high activity sales role
· Ability to conduct in-person and telephone meetings with merchants

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and externally
· Proficient in Salesforce.com and Tableau
· Analytical thinker who can make decisions using data
