Senior Marketing Manager - Prime

Amazon Prime UK is looking for an enthusiastic, talented Senior Marketing Manager to launch and support recurring Prime email and newsletter campaigns designed to grow the awareness of everything Prime has to offer.

A successful candidate will be comfortable developing engaging content that helps Prime members understand and use the breadth of Prime benefits and with developing high quality email campaigns.

We’re looking for a creative thinker, as the ability to forge one’s own path in a highly ambiguous environment is critical. If you want to own an all-up customer communications strategy for one of the critical pillars at Amazon, please get in touch.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
· Partner with other Prime benefits teams (Video, Music, Retail and more) to deliver content that drives member engagement and usage of Prime benefits.
· Own copy and messaging across the business, helping to align key stakeholders and partner teams.
· Own the end-to-end development and execution of email marketing programs.
· Think both from a customer and business perspective to understand what messages resonate with customers and see the highest performance against our business goals.
· Innovate on a Prime member email newsletter and other marketing channels across mobile and desktop channels.
· Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on member engagement goals.


· BA/BS required in English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
· 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or publishing.
· Strong business judgment with a track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.
· Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
· Passion for Amazon Prime.


· Comfortable using data-driven analysis with a proven track record of driving strategic marketing programs.
· Ability to deal with ambiguous problems and build solutions with proper project management.
· Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across departments.
· Experience building global marketing strategies and programs.
