The fashion business offers many challenges including: long lead times, ever-changing fashion trends, non-replenished items, and a vast selection driven by color and size variations. We are looking for a smart, analytical, and innovative leader who can help solve these problems in a scalable way that will support rapid growth and our long-term business strategy. With a large inventory investment across the Amazon platforms throughout Europe, this position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact by defining and building a successful Planning management strategy for this business, which includes; Apparel and Shoes. We are looking for an innovative person, who can design, develop processes and systems, shaping the future world of Amazon planning and inventory management.

Your responsibilities:

· Merchandise Planning: Responsible to support the setting of merchandise planning goals, and develop financial merchandise and operational plans to achieve those goals. Partner with planning & buying teams to produce a best-in-class budgeting/forecasting processes, tools and policies.
· Forecasting and ordering: Responsible to ensure systems and processes produce timely and accurate orders. Work with technology teams to improve system accuracy and develop new functionality to automate manual processes.
· Inventory Health: Responsible to manage and improve systems and processes to identify overstock. Developing markdown pricing and liquidation strategies that maximize cost recovery.
· Business Intelligence and Analytics: Responsible to develop and produce metrics used by the entire European Fashion team; perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision making; work to improve data quality and develop new reporting tools to provide better business visibility.
· Project Management: Responsible to participate in complex, cross-functional inventory management and operational initiatives. Identify process and systems gaps and partner with technology, operations, buying, planning, and marketing teams to bridge them to drive business results.


·4+ years’ experience in operations, planning, finance, or consulting
· Project management - proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong business acumen
· Highly innovative, flexible and self-directed
· People skills – maximizing trusting effective relationships
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Advanced Excel skills, and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets; SQL skills is a plus
· English fluent, any other language is a plus


· MBA or Consultancy experience or equivalent
