Customer Activation Manager Reserve

Reserve is a high-growth luxury spirits portfolio representing ca 25% of total Italy NSV and including top premium brands such as Zacapa, Tanqueray N° TEN, Ketel One, Ciroc, Don Julio, Lagavulin, Oban, Talisker, Johnnie Walker Superdeluxe. We are now entering the next exciting phase of Reserve Italy’s development as part of Western Europe Reserve network, which will enable us to achieve greater reach with an increasingly international consumer base, better activity consistency and improved collaboration across markets.

The role

Your main responsibility is to execute customer marketing activations in the high end bars and clubs. You roll out marketing plans (mainly below the line) and promotional activities to create exclusive experiences and good visibility in our outlets. Marketing programs -such as the bar academy and menu maker program- are delivered in time in bars and clubs. Shopper and Category growth drivers are central to your activation plans. Budgets are managed properly and alignment is created across the consumer and customer/sales agenda. In addition you build brilliant partnerships with agencies, develop POS materials and engage with the field sales teams. All projects you have owned and managed are measured, taking necessary interventions to keep up on track.

Your profile

You have master degree in Economics, Marketing and around 2-4 years experience in a commercial FMCG environment, ideally in sales and marketing.
You have the ability to orchestrate all aspects of programme activations and you pay attention to detail (agency briefing, KPI setting, persuasive sell, material development, field sales briefing). Other requirements are:
Strong time management skills, you can prioritise work
Analytical: you have the ability to spot patterns and opportunities from multiple data sources which are converted quickly into actionable implications
Act like an owner: own & manage your projects as they were yours, both in terms of budget management and in terms of agility & restlessness. Everything you do you do with pride and passion like an owner would

Structured, self-confident and solution oriented
Team player and strong in building great relations
