Purpose of the role
The primary function of this role is to administer and maintain the Robotics Process Automation platforms according to the best practices, maintain a detailed technical documentation on these solutions and making sure that each problem hitting production are addressed and driven for resolution.

Duties
•Support/Monitor/Maintain the automation platform
•Understand and learn selected robotic tools and its technical architecture/components
•Own the technical documentation of the platform like the application diagrams, connectivity, servers, configurations etc.
•Attend Global Operations Forums, Change advisory boards, get inputs from all IT forums on changes
•Resolve / Drive issue resolution which impacts RPA operations and keep close contact with the different resolver groups
•Support audits for the infrastructure •Strong adherence to IT controls, like change/incident/user access management
•Represent RPA on the Applications & Technology forums

Requirements
•Bachelor degree relating to Information or Computer Sciences (or closely related discipline)
•Experience in global system changes, and automation solutions, within a multinational organisation (and preferably within a shared services environment) is an advantage
•VBA scripting skills and Windows COM understanding required
•Good Programming knowledge in MS Excel, MS Access, HTML, SharePoint and SQL/PL SQL is an advantage
•Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation will be a strong advantage
•Very good written and spoken English
•.Strong communications skills, self-motivation, drive to achieve goals
•Experience in working with Robotic Process Automation Tools (e.g: Automation Anywhere, Blueprism) is an advantage
•ITIL certification or equivalent is an advantage
•Experienced in vendor management and managing 3rd parties
•Has a clear customer focused mindset
