We are looking for a talented lawyer to support our rapidly growing and evolving digital video business. Our work is intellectually challenging, exciting and fast-paced. Developing innovative solutions to novel legal questions is part of our daily business. You will serve as a lawyer responsible for counseling the business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial licensing agreements for the distribution of digital video on the Amazon video platform. You will provide day-to-day advice in a wide range of legal areas, including digital media, consumer products, marketing, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

The position is based in London but some travel may be required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fully qualified lawyer in UK with outstanding academic qualifications
· Minimum 10 years post-qualification legal experience with at least two years in an international law firm, ideally with some experience supporting commercial transactions, licensing or other intellectual property work
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as a business partner to our business teams
· Outstanding legal and business judgment
· Strong strategic organizational and project management skills, drafting, negotiation, analytical, management and leadership skills
· Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and to work well with all levels of employees and management
· Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
· The ability to function as part of a European and global legal team and autonomously when required
· Excellent English skills are a must
