Senior RAMS Engineer

About the Business Line Transportation
We provide professional services in areas such as aviation, transit, freight rail, highways and bridges, planning, and ports and marine. Job Summary The Rail Systems team in Madrid is currently looking for a Senior RAMS Engineer with more than 5 years of experience in RAMS projects. The candidate will be acting as RAMS manager for a large international project and in charge of the RAMS team. The project is ongoing and the candidate will also be required to provide support for other ongoing projects and bids.

RAMS management experience required in accordance with EN 50126:

RAM plan definition and updates
FMEA
FMECA
Hazard and risk management (HAZID, HAZOP, HIA, IHA)
Hazard log management
Safety Case management and development
Safety plan management and updatesCommon Safety Method experience is also desirable.

Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of experience (at least 5 in RAMS)
English Language: proficient in English (project language)
French Language (optional)
Experience in RAMS management of non-railway systems (especially MEP)
Experience in Rail Systems design (optional)
Soft Skills:
Ability to work managing a team and interfacing with different departments
Able to do presentations to the client (teleconference and travels to client headquarters) and defend a position
Able to work with a team and keep deliverables and time schedules on track

Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree in Engineering
