About the Business Line Architecture
We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.
Job Summary AECOM are looking for Part 2 Architects.

These full time, permanent roles demand dedicated self-starters with a great team spirit who share our creative ambitions. To be successful you will need to be an excellent communicator who can articulate complicated issues between our highly skilled project teams. You will also need to show ambition and a willingness to learn whilst demonstrating a high-level diligence and organisational skills.

Main duties:

Carry out studies and design proposals for review
Cooperate with other members of the design team
Ensure design proposals conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
assistance with planning applications, building regulations and appeals
Inspection of building work on site

Minimum Requirements
Strong design and technical skills
3D skills are mandatory
AECOSIM, Micro station 3D experience is preferable
Experience in transportation architecture and/or complex technical buildings

Preferred Qualifications Part-II qualified
