AWS in the UK&I has an incredible opportunity to grow our engagement with some of the world’s largest and most well-known enterprises, and we are looking for a Enterprise leader to set strategy, build a team, and deliver results with those organizations.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our London-based leadership team to drive the strategy and operations of our Enterprise segment across the region. The Enterprise segment focuses the largest and most important global enterprises in the UK&I across industries including Media and Entertainment, Retail, Utilities/Energy, Life Sciences, and Financial Services. You will need to be a hands-on sales leader who can drive a sense of urgency in recruiting, team development, customer interaction, and driving results with current customers while aggressively increasing AWS market-share by winning new customers.
This leader will set market segment strategy across the UK&I and will work with leadership across Solutions Architecture, Channels/Alliances, Training/Services, and Marketing to ensure that AWS is the defacto standard for enterprise customers. Additionally, you will be the chief culture officer for your team in assessing talent, providing coaching and development, and fortifying a strong Amazon culture.

· Hire and develop a great team
· Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan for the Enterprise segment
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Develop and run an Account management team with a high bar for operational effectiveness, including pipeline management, forecast accuracy, account/territory strategy development, etc.
· Help your team understand the value of AWS and how it can help customer achieve their goals
· Establish long-term value by maintaining a robust project pipeline
· Scale the business by working with partners to extend reach & facilitate adoption
· Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and act as the AWS leadership sponsor for these customers


· A track record in managing or leading a high performing IT Account Management team
· Experience driving results with fast-growing commercial Enterprise customers
· A deep knowledge and understanding of the UK&I Enterprise segment
· Excellent presentation and communication skills (internally and externally)
· Track record of strong business judgment


· College Degree preferred
· Previous cloud knowledge
· Prior experience of working in a technology company
· Experience of managing a high performing account team
