About the Business Line Program, Cost, Consultancy
We provide cost and project management services, and specialist consultancy services, to public- and private-sector clients around the world, with a strong presence in Africa, Australia and New Zealand, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.

Job Summary ​The Peterborough office are looking for an Assistant Principal Designer.

Main responsibilities will be:
To assist the role of Principal Designer / CDM Adviser / PD Adviser under the CDM Regulations including meeting attendance as part of project resilience.
Provide Health & Safety consultancy services to clients
Assist in preparation of fee proposals – attendance at Client presentations if required
Executing and completing projects
Providing point of contact for client(s)
Ensuring projects are technically correct
Manage the collation of H&S Files including liaising with the Principal Contractor and designers.
A good communicator, you will be comfortable with all media.
Minimum Requirements Detailed knowledge of construction process from design through to completion
Excellent writing skills, including the ability to write accurate and engaging copy for a range of audiences
Ability to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy
Good knowledge of CDM 2015
A keen interest in Health & Safety
Constuction related experience
Preferred Qualifications NEBOSH Qualifications (General, Construction Certificate or Diploma)
Membership of The Association of Project Safety

Membership of a construction related professional body e.g. CIAT, RICS, RIBA, MCIOB is desirable
