Sr. Product Manager

We are looking a highly motivated, self-directed product manager to drive purchase experiences related to voice shopping. You will use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers. You will use your ability to analyze and understand complex data to drive decisions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have strong cross-functional skills and will be comfortable working in an agile environment with design and development teams. You will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences to customers that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced and dynamic business environment. You should be a self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
· 7+ years in product/program management.
· Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements.
· 5+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams. Able to prioritize complex deliverables, have highly technical discussions, and run large meetings with technical and business leaders.
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· MBA degree
· SQL, Excel and Access proficiency.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
· Excels at delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
· Bias for action; able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
· Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our customers.
· Insists on highest standards; drive processes to set and exceed a high bar for customer experience.
