Senior Product Manager, AmazonSmile

He/she will build a go-to-market strategy, launch the program, drive brand awareness, and lead all customer and charity-focused marketing initiatives. We seek a talented, data-driven candidate to develop, execute and optimize creative onsite, email, social media, and offline marketing programs. Additional responsibilities include liaising with tech/development teams to adapt features for the UK, liaising with legal, tax, and accounting stakeholders, managing relationships with large charitable organizations, supporting product marketing initiatives, and managing the schedule and communications for activities relating the program.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a program/product, setting and tracking performance to goals, running onsite and email campaigns, a strong background in life-cycle marketing, segmentation, campaign testing, and optimization. They will have strong dive deep skills and the ability to understand drivers of customer behavior. They will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. Successful applicants will have extensive analytic and data-driven marketing experience. They will also have excellent customer relationship skills. Experience in cause marketing or nonprofit marketing and PR is a plus.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 5+ years of PR, Product Management, marketing, site merchandising and/or digital marketing experience
· Superior presentation and written communication skills including the ability to write strong, compelling campaign copy
· Proven organizational and project management skills
· Strong bias for action with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
· Advanced Excel skills
· Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in PR, marketing to (or on behalf of) charitable organizations
· Experience managing onsite, email, social media and direct-mail campaigns
· Proficiency with HTML and XML, and the ability to learn our in-house analysis tools quickly
· Competency with SQL
