Amazon is seeking a highly motivated, quick-thinking, customer obsessed Executive Assistant with a history of high performance to support two Directors within EU Supply Chain in Luxembourg, but also to support additional executives within the European team. The Customer Fulfilment organization is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience, responsible for our fast growing network of Fulfillment Centers (FCs) across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Central Europe, and for controlling the vast range of fast paced inventory, working hard to respond to customer orders and ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it. Luxembourg has Luxembourgish, French and German as national languages, with English spoken by the many expatriates and most locals. Luxembourg is known for banking, steel and a number of EU institutions plus an increasing number of technology-centric organizations.

This is a demanding but highly rewarding role, allowing you exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting tasks.
