HR Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a HR Assistant that will support a mix of corporate businesses based in London and additional offices within the UK.

This position would suit an undergraduate or recent graduate studying HR, Management or Business Administration and who is looking to gain experience in HR.

The person in this role must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach and interface effectively with professionals and customers at all levels. You’ll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the agility to function in an innovative environment. You will also have the ability to deliver quality results against challenging deadlines.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
· Ability to succeed in a complex and fast paced environment.
· High level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Ability to prioritise and deal with multiple (including senior) stakeholders.
· An undergraduate degree, ideally in HR or Business with a HR element.
· 2.1 Degree or above preferred (or equivalent)
· A thorough working knowledge of MS Office, e.g. sound Excel knowledge
· Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation


· Customer Service
· Ability to multitask, prioritise and complete a high volume of tasks and projects autonomously
· Excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential information.
