Job Summary:

As a corporate EMIA role, develop and distribute the EMIA Audit Schedule and manage the coordination of the execution of the AECOM management system audits for compliance and continual improvement across EMIA. Review and evaluate the audit reports of the Hub Regions internal audits to ensure compliance to the EMIA Audit Programme is achieved and to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage the coordination of the AECOM EMIA Certification Audits by the assigned independent third party certification body with monitoring and guidance to the Hub Region Teams. Provide direct audit related guidance to the Hub QA Teams and other support when deemed required.

Main Corporate QA Team services:
Providing system guidance and governance (incl. quality culture)
Monitoring for compliance, statistical reporting (KPI)
Performing internal audits and managing the third party certification audits
Provide the Quality Awareness Programme
Drive continual improvement (incl. root-cause investigations)

Job Duties:
As custodian for the EMIA ISO Certification; liaise closely with the Hub QA & HSE Leads and Regional Leads regarding the AECOM EMIA Internal Audit Programme and the Independent Third Party Certification Audit Programme.
First point of contact for the Independent Third Party Certification Body for the execution of the EMIA Certification Audit Programme, this includes preparation and co-ordination of the programme with the Hub QA & HSE Leads and Regional Leads for End-Market Groups, Functional Groups and Operational Groups.

Ensure a safe working environment at all times.

Report any safety hazards or risks in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements Specific Skills Required:
Strong leadership skills
Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills
Highly developed stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and engage with diverse stakeholders (internal & external)
Excellent working knowledge of industry practices/safety/quality management systems.

10-15 years of EPCM and Consulting industry exposure.
7 to 10 years’ experience within a similar auditing role as a multi-discipline certified Lead Auditor.

Preferred Qualifications
Civil Engineering Degree or a related field, incorporating quality qualifications.
IRCA Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 (latest version).
Knowledge of Six Sigma and PMP is a plus.
