Reporting and Administration Specialist - Food Safety

We are looking for a reporting and administrative assistant to join our food safety team. The position is located in our Headquarters in London and will work across Europe, with a strong focus on the UK and Germany.

Our vision for Food Safety is to support Amazon’s mission of offering the widest selection of products available, while protecting customers from potential hazardous products. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Worldwide Food Safety and Compliance department. High-level summary of deliverables:
· Registering new sites with local food and feed authorities prior to launch
· Completing organic certification registration of new sites prior to launch and renewing existing certification
· Managing external contractors support of customer escalations
· Document writing, editing, and readiness
· Coordinating administrative matters with the business groups
· Data entry for entire team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in English and in German is required
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company
· Strong attention to detail problem solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Any other EU language is preferred
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and excellent organizational skills
· Bachelor's degree
· Willing to learn new tools and systems
· Office administrative experience is a plus
· Knowledge of data warehouse and SQL is a strong plus
