Production Brand Designer, Amazon Prime Now

Responsibilities include:
· Work closely and collaborate with marketing and business teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, on-brand design solutions
· Produce sketches, graphics, templates, layouts, themes, typography, visual standards and final assets for marketing and promotions across the onsite and app experiences
· Partner with marketing team to create digital and print materials such as on-site graphics, email campaigns, social campaigns and direct mailers
· Work within existing style guidelines and create new ones where none exist
· Select and edit/retouch photography for graphic assets
· Scope design initiatives and manage/prioritize work items
· Proactively manage own time and deadlines

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a graphic or visual designer with at least one year of experience designing for retail web/mobile sites.
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related degree.
· A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant web interface, print and visual design solutions is required for application.
· Proficient skill level in the design software, e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Sketch.
· Ability to quickly turn around detailed comps/mockups in an iterative environment.
· Strong visual design aesthetic with a bias for simplification.
· Unwavering attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
· Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
· The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task.
· The ability to work across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work.


· Proofreading or copywriting experience.
· Experience defining or maintaining a design style guide or branding guidelines.
· Desire to work in a start-up style environment, where iteration is encouraged.
