Manager Account Management B2B, Amazon Business -VariableSales

· Managing a team of account managers
· Report on prospect acquisition pipeline and customer spend adoption
· Develop a territory customer acquisition and account management plan
· Drive and accelerate spend adoption within team's assigned accounts
· Ability to converse with senior customer stakeholders including CPOs, Directors and VPs of Procurement, VP’s Supply Chain, and others
· Drive team to meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption
· Educating and networking with key prospect and customer contacts
· Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams including Product Management, Technical and Category Management teams.
· Drive customer satisfaction
· Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service and other key internal Amazon stakeholders
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong Sales experience and Sales team management experience
BA/BS degree
· Exceptional and effective verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves
· Expert use of CRMs (e.g. Salesforce.com), MS Office Suite, and other systems
· Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes a plus
· Sales experience in the small, medium enterprises space a plus
· Active listener and effective communicator
· Distribution Sales experience a plus
