Senior Manager, Marketing

EU Brand Marketing Director will report to the Director, Marketing for Amazon Fashion EU and drive our brand marketing activity, leading above-the-line activity (advertising, events, sponsorships), media investment, key liaison with our Consumer Marketing channel partners, as well as working on new business initiatives.

Focusing on driving growth, this role will work with an integrated team across countries and categories both at EU level and country level, including the EU Amazon Consumer Marketing team, AIM Seattle teams, Consumer Insight Site Merchandising, Tools and Processes, Content, Graphic Design, Trend Forecasting, Buying, Site Merchandise and Finance.

Responsibilities include:
· Developing and delivering AF’s annual seasonal brand marketing plans across all categories and countries.
· Working in partnership with Consumer Marketing to drive growth across all marketing channels
· Planning and executing media spend cross channel
· Leading the business metrics for brand marketing: Tracking, monitoring and performance analysis of brand marketing work, both on and off site and using the data to produce an even more engaging experience for our customer
· Leading customer insight for Amazon Fashion EU including managing tests and analysis to develop customer insights that inform marketing decisions
· Partnering on proposition development with global Amazon Fashion teams and ensuring that brand work is understood and implemented EU wide
· Working with the Creative & Content Leadership team, developing the brief that sets the framework for each season: Identifying key target customers, initiatives, and categories to support across Creative and Content, site merchandise, and vendor management teams.
· Working with EU category business leads, country category leads, trend forecasting, content and creative to develop new business ideas
· Writing creative briefs, recap weekly/seasonal results and identifying areas of opportunity.
Partnering with Vendor Management to develop vendor facing communication programmes


· Bachelor Degree
· Proven marketing experience in a fast-moving consumer-facing business
· Master of the online marketing ecosystem and deep understanding of all online marketing channels (e.g. Direct, Social Media, Display, Affiliate, E-Mail, Newsletter, SEM, SEO)
· Expert in customer segmentation, engagement marketing, targeting, and database marketing methods
· Has managed teams of professionals in customer acquisition, retention, product marketing and brand marketing
· Has demonstrated a pattern of building businesses that grow faster than the competition
· Has demonstrated an ability to achieve exceptional results with limited marketing budget
· Deep understanding of the online advertising landscape and key competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
· Superior analytical skills, with ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs
· Proven track record of success defining and delivering innovative big ideas to drive long term results
· Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves

· Experience working with agencies to deliver OOH marketing and brand building campaigns which deliver results
· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics
· Thought leader with a solid understanding of the key business drivers and customer dynamics in the digital media, commerce, advertising, mobile, and high-tech industries
· Passion for big challenges and a good sense of humor
