Job Summary
Our Resources and Industry team in Manchester is currently seeking a highly experienced Structural Revit Technician with experience delivering BIM on major structural projects. The technician will be working on a wide range of structural projects including; industrial, commercial, residential, new build and refurbishment. The office comprises a vibrant team with strong opportunities for challenging project work and career progression within a growing team.

As a Structural Revit/CAD Technician you will be involved in a number of day to day duties which include;
• Liaison with external and internal client teams
• Preparation and coordination of structural drawings and structural BIM models
• Preparation and coordination of structural reinforcement drawings and details
• Preparing technical supporting data for specifications and reports etc.
• Ensure compliance to the appropriate company CAD/BIM standards and protocol
• Apply policies relating to company standards & procedures, health & safety, quality, and training
• Liaison with wider AECOM BIM Community to advance skills and service offer
• Mentoring less experienced members of the CAD/BIM team

Minimum Requirements
As a Structural Revit/CAD Technician you will be involved in a number of day to day duties which include;

Preferred Qualifications
A relevant degree or HND/HNC qualification. Ideally will be a Chartered Technician or will be working towards an appropriate Chartered status with membership of a professional institution.
