Learning and Development Coordinator

Amazon Logistics is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Learning & Development Coordinator to play a critical role in ensure the smooth start of our associates within the business. The L&D team is responsible for supporting change within the sites and for ensuring that all Associates have the appropriate skills. The team is also responsible for inductions, cross training, skills assessment and H&S training. The role of the L&D coordinator is to ensure that all inductions and training courses are booked and all communication is sent out to the business about new starters training schedules.

As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will be responsible for:

· Arranging all inductions for new Amazon Logistics employees,
· Liaising with hiring managers and creating new starter induction plans,
· Booking accommodation and taxi's for new starters where required,
· Raise EPR's for all L&D related expenditure,
· Booking of rooms and conference facilities for all inductions,
· Coordination of training for all salaried, hourly, temporary and permanent hires,
· Recording and monitoring evidence of training to support compliance with Amazon internal audit processes and external HSE legislation,
· Administering L&D Version Control process to support L&D Standard Operating Procedures across the Delivery Station Network, maintenance of quality training material and a consistent level of course delivery by a regional training team,
· Administration of L&D sharepoint including, course tracker and central course calendar
· General adhoc administration tasks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such a Word, Excel ad PowerPoint
· Strong Interpersonal skills - Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal customers, treating others with respect, building trust and rapport.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills,
· Strong attention to detail,
· Experience within a similar position in a fast paced environment.
