The purpose of the role:
Lead the ongoing enhancement of the Project & Portfolio Management tool across all the regions and service areas. Involvement in implementing changes and enhancements to portfolio management processes; supports data accuracy improvements and leadership reporting in the PPM tool. Supports a global stakeholder network with providing assistance and trainings, suggesting best practices around portfolio management.

Duties:
Day-to- day development and administration of the internal Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tool called Planview.
Lead the delivery of enhancements to our globally used Portfolio Management Too
Subject Matter Expert of our PPM tool (Planview) and lead the scoping of requirements driven from both Super Users and from Global Portfolio team
Lead development of system/process enhancements including the collection and assessment of business requirements, the planning of the desired solution and the testing and implementation of changes
Support Portfolio teams across Diageo with required activities (data analysis/ resourcing) and maintenance related to managing the project portfolio
Act as the go-to person for PPM tool and Portfolio related queries/troubleshooting
Identify development opportunities and work with key stakeholders to improve data accuracy and drive right behaviours
Manage the tool from a central perspective including user license management, training, system architecture
Manage the relationship with the vendor and responsible for tracking against Statement of Works and vendor assignments to ensure that the business gets the maximum value

Requirements
University / College degree
At least 3+ years working experience
Information Systems experience in a large globally distributed environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations of several stakeholders.
Strong time planning skills with great follow through.
Strong use of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and PowerPoint
Self-motivator and ability to manage own schedule and personal drive to take ownership and deliver solutions
Knowledge of a PPM tool is a big plus
