Head of Inbound Supply Chain, Book Depository

London, United Kingdom

As one of the world’s fastest growing booksellers, The Book Depository (www.bookdepository.com) exists to offer a large range of titles in the world, available for dispatch within 48 hours. Founded in 2004 to make ‘All Books to All’ we focus on selling ‘less of more’ rather than ‘more of less’, differentiating ourselves from other retailers who increasingly focus on bestsellers. Having forged unique publisher and supplier relationships, we have the ability to dispatch over 17 million titles, with free worldwide delivery, outstanding customer service, a wide choice of payment currencies and free shipping to millions of customers in over 130 countries. In November 2011 The Book Depository was acquired by Amazon. The Book Depository is based in London UK (HQ), Gloucester UK, Melbourne AU (Fulfilment Centres) and Madrid, Spain (Technology).
