Diageo has set up a Data and Analytics (D&A) function within Global Diageo Business Services (GDBS) focused on leveraging our core information assets (data, analytic capability, reporting and analytic tools) to better equip markets with business decision relevant facts, information and actionable insight. It is increasingly vital for firms to harness information to make actionable, optimized, and timely decisions, keep risks at anticipated and acceptable levels, and uncover opportunities to stay ahead of the competition. D&A will increasingly become a core differentiator for Diageo, with clear opportunities across Diageo’s commercial investment and operating model.

Net Revenue Management (NRM) is a key enabler of delivering our goals. NRM is an integrated approach to how we apply Headline Pricing, Promotions and Trade Terms to support Diageo’s business, brand and customer objectives in Europe. NRM drives significant sustainable NSV and Gross Profit growth over time through a balanced approach to price/mix and volume/share driving initiatives. With this in mind we are now looking for a Global NSV Transformation Manager to implement a global wide NSV service (Reporting, Analysis, Data & Analytics) in a Centre of Expertise (CoE) located in Budapest & Bangalore. The scope of this role is Global, but will quickly look to prioritise our leading markets in terms of importance and business need.

The role will define, implement and embed the global NRM transformation strategy into the business as a key enabler to delivering Diageo’s performance ambition
Working to define the NRM Transformation strategy in accordance with industry and data analytics best practise, enabling data and insights to drive NSV growth, operating profit and productivity/efficiency gains across the business
Supporting the business to accelerate the leverage of performance led insights across NRM
Work with the Global Data Analytics Transformation Director and GDBS Strategy Director to define a clear and compelling Global NRM Transformation strategy.
Qualification / Experience / Skills Required:

Likely 8-15 years post qualified commercial / revenue management experience at a multinational company
Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
Needs to be a very visible, credible leader, ability to lead others through ambiguity to drive clarity of execution.
Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and leading to a highly effective solution and transformation plan.
Experienced in Data Analytics platform structuring, insight capability development, CoE development, Data management structures and business information requirements exploration and definition.
Experienced in transformation risk assessment and management.
