Procurement Administrator

- Maintaining P2P process and any associated administration through creation and maintenance of COUPA catalogs, supplier onboarding, contract creation and maintenance, managing site/country launch tasks etc.
- Creating, delivering and managing training through face to face and Knet to ensure all end users are competent in purchasing software.
- Maintaining procurement wiki/sharepoint with up-to-date and relevant P2P and policy information.
- Analyzing spend information to identify savings opportunities and monitoring compliance.
- Run reports regarding spend and other elements of the P2P process using Oracle and COUPA.
- Monitor and track COUPA issues and provide troubleshooting and escalation where necessary.
- Monitor and process new item requests, ensuring adherence to the relevant policies.
- General administration support.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – can interact with all levels of an organization, internally and externally, with a calm and friendly attitude, especially when dealing with difficult situations.
- Ability to multi-task, work and complete tasks effectively under minimal supervision, tight time constraints and periodic high volume circumstances.
- Good MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook knowledge.


- Experience of monitoring policy and compliance.
- Procurement background – desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills– preferred.
- Knowledge of Oracle and COUPA – not essential.
