AECOM’s Global Support Services (GSS) organization resides within AECOM’s Government business line and is comprised of three divisions — International Development, Operations and Mission Support, and Global Programs. GSS has the international presence, personnel networks and procurement infrastructure to deliver support for any mission, anywhere. We optimize the reliability, availability and sustainability of equipment, logistics systems and facilities for clients around the world. GSS supports the U.S. Government, non-U.S. Governments and industry clients with worldwide program management, planning, design, operations and maintenance, logistics, aviation services, security, international development, environmental and civil engineering and mission and intelligence support.

The selected candidate will perform a variety of duties which include operating the mailroom in accordance with Department of Defense (DOD), US Army, US Postal Service (USPS) and Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA); perform registered mail clerk duties; assists with training mailroom personnel; perform sorting, receipt and distribution of mail; provide a directory service for all misrouted mail and mail addressed to personnel no longer employed; control USPS and military-owned accountable and non-accountable equipment; coordinate with the Movement Control Center (MCC) for outgoing and incoming accountable and non-accountable mail. complies with all Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) and Quality Assurance (QA) requirements and goals and provide documentation to these sections as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation. Handle confidential matters in accordance with company policies; implement and maintain a safe workplace program, ensuring safety is the highest priority; communicate professionally, both orally and in writing and perform other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to obtain a NACI prior to employment.
The ability to use Microsoft Office software within the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.

0-3 years experience in military APO, Fleet Post Office (FPO), or USPS operations preferred.
Similar experience in the customer service field preferred.
