Job Summary
URS/AECOM has an opening for a Personnel Assistant- Personnel Specialist Lead in Kuwait.

Responsible for providing support in the functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), employee development, labor relations, and related areas. Ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations. Serve as a clerical expert in independently processing the most complicated types of personnel actions, e.g., temporary employment, rehires, and dismissals. May perform tasks beyond routine clerical such as: pre-employment drug screening and new hire orientation, responding to routine questions on policy and procedures, and/or provide reports on employee turnover or time and attendance. May be asked to evaluate and consolidate information from various sources under short deadlines, such as internal or external survey information, reporting on company employment statistics (retention, equal opportunity reporting, etc). May provide guidance to lower level Personnel Assistants.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of related HR experience.
A good working knowledge of Human Resources terminology and practices are required.
Good communications (verbal and written), organizational and analytical skills required.
Must have Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications/software.
Position requires a Security Clearance.
