The purpose of the role:
The Data Analytics Transformation Junior Manager role is focused on supporting the conversion of DA strategy to action by assessing business requirements and converting these into a tangible action plans.

Support and operate the DA service Catalogue process – ensure up-to-date for both existing service and pipeline services – with prioritised DA portfolio clearly linked to the DA demand.
Work with the Global Data Analytics Transformation Manager and Functional DA leads to define a clear and compelling deployment approach for DA services and solutions
Support the deployment methodology – initially to reporting assessment, Activity analysis and team sizing. Growing the capability and methodology for deploying DA capability.
Manage the DA demand and match to existing data analytics capabilities, assets, frameworks and processes to define a practical and sustainable DA deployment plan and sequencing.
Build and lead a team of highly capable Analytics Analysts who are highly capable at assessing multiple functional requirements, who understand the DA strategy, services, systems and can recommend clear and effectives DA capability delivery approaches
Support the delivery of global programs, influencing and delivering through others, creating focus and clarity for virtual working groups.
Promote and sustain delivery of satisfactory control and compliance environment through solutions and COE services and change control processes.
Provide subject matter expertise, coaching and assessment/calibration in developing a strong pipeline of talent, inspire teams to deliver world class transformation performance and champion improvements in the capability across the Data & Analytics communities.

Professional qualifications in management and/or leadership are highly advantageous
At least 5 years of experience in a Business or Data Analyst position
Proven ability to impact and influence at a senior stakeholder level virtually across markets with solid networking, influencing & communication skills.
Experience interpreting business requirements, recognizing impact on business processes, and leading to a highly effective solution and transformation plan.
MS Office (MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Knowledge of BI analytic tools ( MS BI, MSTR, SQL)
Flexible regarding travelling
